How long will my order take to arrive?
As every piece is handmade to order, lead times can vary depending on the item — its size and the level of detail involved. As a general guide, most orders are ready to ship within 1–3 weeks. If you need something by a particular date, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll always do our best to help.
Do you ship overseas?
At the moment we only ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international shipping in the future, so please do check back — or send us a message and we’ll let you know as soon as it becomes available.
I’ve bought a pattern and need some help — can you assist?
Of course! If you’re stuck on one of our patterns, we’re always happy to help. You can reach us through the contact form here on the website, or send a message via our social media pages, and we’ll take it from there.
Can I request a custom or bespoke piece?
Absolutely — we love bringing custom ideas to life. Just head to our contact page and tell us what you have in mind, whether it’s a particular colour, size, animal or character, and we’ll work through the details together.
Are your plushies suitable for young children?
Our pieces are lovingly handmade as decorative keepsakes rather than children’s toys. They are not safety (CE/UKCA) tested and may contain small parts, so they are not suitable for babies or young children and are purchased at your own risk. Please do keep this in mind when ordering, and feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
How are the PDF patterns delivered?
Our patterns are digital products, delivered as an instant PDF download as soon as your purchase is complete — nothing is posted to you. Each pattern includes clear, step-by-step written instructions, and we’re on hand if you have any questions along the way.
